Swag House Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags included. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been assembled, ridden, powered on, or otherwise used beyond initial inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: products that have been assembled, ridden, or used beyond initial inspection; products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging; products damaged through misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications; clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase; and custom or special-order products.
How To Initiate A Return
Contact us at info@swaghouse.net or call 833-399-3837 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. Do not ship any product back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Swag House will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of many of our products (electric dirt bikes, power stations, e-bikes), return shipping costs may be significant. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance for all returns.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@swaghouse.net. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging until your claim is resolved — the carrier may require it for inspection.
Affirm / Shop Pay Installment Purchases
If you purchased using Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, your refund will be applied to your financing balance. Any remaining installment payments will be adjusted accordingly by Affirm or Shop Pay.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@swaghouse.net or call 833-399-3837.
