Warranty Coverage By Brand
MotoTec electric and gas vehicles are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty on defective parts and workmanship. This covers the motor, controller, battery, frame, and electrical components. Normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, and chains are excluded.
RidingTimes electric dirt bikes carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering the motor, battery, controller, and frame against defects in materials and workmanship.
Jackery power stations and solar panels include the standard Jackery warranty: 2 years for Explorer power stations, 2 years for SolarSaga panels, and 5 years for the Explorer Plus and Pro series.

What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty service through Swag House.
