Will it work with my iPhone case?
Only with MagSafe-compatible cases or no case. The magnets are calibrated to MagSafe spec (9–12N) and need to align with your iPhone's wireless coil. Thick non-MagSafe cases block the alignment and reduce charging efficiency.
How long does a full charge last?
Roughly one full iPhone charge per MagGo cycle. The 5,000mAh capacity provides about 17 hours of phone use. For multi-charge capacity, look at the MagGo Power Bank 10K (10,000mAh).
Can I use the phone while it's charging?
Yes. Both the MagGo and your iPhone can be in use while connected. You can also charge the MagGo via USB-C while it's wirelessly charging your phone (pass-through charging).
