Shipping policy
Swag House offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after processing for most items. Large items such as electric dirt bikes, e-bikes, and power station bundles may take 5 to 10 business days due to size and carrier requirements. Some oversized items ship via freight carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers depending on the product size and weight. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and the item being shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check order status by contacting us at info@swaghouse.net or calling 833-399-3837.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). Some products may have state-specific shipping restrictions. We do not ship to PO Boxes for oversized items.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at info@swaghouse.net. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
