The RidingTimes GT73 is sold and marketed exclusively as an off-road electric dirt bike. Its 1,200W rated motor (2,400W peak) and 37 mph top speed exceed the US federal Consumer Product Safety Commission definition of a low-speed electric bicycle (16 CFR §1512.2 — 750W max, 20 mph max), and exceed Class 1, 2, and 3 e-bike thresholds in most US states.
Riding the GT73 on public roads, sidewalks, bike lanes, multi-use paths, or any public way may be illegal in your jurisdiction and could result in fines, vehicle impoundment, registration requirements as a motorcycle or moped, citation, arrest, or insurance claim denial in the event of an accident.
Permitted use locations include: private property with owner's permission, designated motocross tracks, OHV areas, off-highway recreation parks, and approved off-road trails. Riders are solely responsible for verifying state, county, and municipal laws — including motor-vehicle registration, helmet requirements, age restrictions, licensure, eye protection, and insurance — before operating the bike anywhere outside private property.

The GT73 is a high-powered off-road vehicle capable of motorcycle-comparable speeds — operation involves inherent and substantial risk that is the rider's sole responsibility.

RidingTimes rates the GT73 for riders 5'5"–6'3" with a maximum load of 286 lbs. While the bike is mechanically suitable for riders aged 14 and up, any rider under the age of 18 must be under direct adult supervision at all times during operation, on private property only, with full safety gear, and in conditions appropriate for the rider's experience level.
Parents and legal guardians assume full responsibility for minor riders' safety, training, gear, and choice of riding location. Swag House Store assumes no liability for injury, damage, or death involving riders under 18, whether supervised or not.

Real-world performance varies significantly with rider weight, terrain incline, surface composition, headwind, ambient temperature, battery age and cycle count, tire pressure, throttle behavior, payload, and pedal-assist usage. Range claims (155 mi pedal-assist, 68 mi throttle-only) represent best-case manufacturer figures; expect 40–80% of rated range in typical off-road conditions, and as little as 30% in cold weather (below 40°F) or aggressive throttle riding.

Any modification to the GT73 voids both the RidingTimes manufacturer warranty and Swag House Store's involvement in dealer support. Prohibited modifications include but are not limited to: replacing or altering the controller, motor, battery, BMS, or display; installing aftermarket speed-limiter bypasses; swapping batteries from third-party manufacturers; modifying the frame; rewiring the lighting or signal system; altering tire size beyond manufacturer-spec replacements.
Modified bikes are sold as-is from the point of modification. Swag House Store assumes no liability for any incident, performance change, fire, electrical fault, or warranty denial resulting from owner modification.

The GT73's 18.2Ah lithium-ion batteries (≈660 watt-hours each) exceed the US Department of Transportation's 100 watt-hour limit for lithium-ion batteries in checked airline baggage (49 CFR §175.10) and may not be transported on commercial aircraft without express airline approval and IATA-compliant packaging.
For ground transport, batteries must be removed from the bike, packed in non-conductive material, and stored upright in a fire-resistant container. Owners are responsible for compliance with all local hazmat and shipping regulations when transporting the bike or its batteries.

Any dispute between you and Swag House Store will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a Wyoming state or federal court for intellectual property disputes or to enforce arbitration.
